I'm an Australian entrepreneur who moved to Newport Beach in 2020 with my wife Pia and four kids. I've been in fitness and human performance for over 20 years — starting at age 15.

My path wasn't clean. I overcame a challenging upbringing marked by substance abuse and addiction. That experience didn't define me — it became the foundation of my understanding of recovery, resilience, and real reinvention.

Do you address addiction directly?

Yes. Troy went through it himself. What he's found is that addiction is more about habit than substance. The program dives deep into understanding your subconscious conditioning and childhood psychology to find what's driving the behavior. Then you replace the destructive habit with a positive one. Research shows it takes 66-93 days before a new habit becomes automatic. That's exactly what this program is built around.
